Surface winds south-east of Kyushu island seem to be in a counterclockwise vortex, (if the following does indeed represent surface winds lately). http://earth.nullschool.net/#current/wind/surface/level/orthographic=-226.19,29.25,466
Is there something the international community should know about going on the Oriental mainland right now? Are us North Americans back to "duck and cover" once again? I really miss biking in the rain.
I am a Professor at a large public university. I study political economy and biopolitics (the politics of life). My interests are diverse but are broadly concerned with economic, social and environmental justice.
