I noted that TEPCO documented a sudden spike in cesium-137 levels in well water, as reported by Enenews: Huge radiation spike detected at Fukushima plant — Multiple records set near workers trying to stop nuclear waste flowing into ocean — Cesium up 7,500% this week

Today it is raining and emissions are visible across all cams. The TBS cam view was obscured soon after this screenshot take at approximately 11:45 Jan 16 (TEPCO 4 TIME STAMPED)

I can only post two screenshots today at my blog, for some reason, so I'll just describe the other cams and post a link to a pdf of shots. Emissions visible due on cam 1. Futaba cam was rather dark but became highly illuminated around 12:24 Am Jan 17 (Japan time).

I haven't seen heavy traffic on the Futaba cam today.

I would like to document on my blog a sudden change in radiation readings yesterday around Tokyo on the Netc system. The readings were elevated on Netc in the form a large cluster of red in the Tokyo area. Suddenly, less than 2 hours after I checked and saw the high readings, they dropped precipitously so that there appeared only two slightly elevated monitors in the entirety of Japan.

I don't know how to interpret this event. Did a passing plume elevate levels briefly or were readings hacked?

Lots of uncomfortable signs here but not sure yet what to conclude....
