Fukushima emissions are down from unit 1 since TEPCO used their device several days ago. Do you see the crane dangling the device over unit 1 (in the foreground)?
I've seen that device dropped down into this unit many times and emissions always subsequently decline, at least for awhile. I think perhaps the device is involved in the nitrogen injections.
In the background it looks as if the crane is removing a spent fuel rod from unit 3, although I could be mistaken:
As you can see from today's screenshots, visible atmospheric emissions look reduced substantially, especially around unit 1 (less so unit 3), despite today's weather conditions there of 98% humidity with a 40% chance of rain:
